This can be any house you want - even the old family homestead that no longer exists. We will need pictures, however.
What's involved in painting a house portrait? You'll learn how to paint a sky, trees, grass and other landscaping, wood and brick and windows...essentially all the puzzle pieces of the finished piece. We will work in watercolor, and I'll show you some effects that you can get by mixing different media.
If you're a beginner, this will be a terrific intro to different methods of painting.
I can teach you a few tips and tricks that will make the results something you can be proud of! It's easier than you might think, and I believe that even if you've never painted before, you can be successful.
I'm opening this to only 5 people. Classes will be on Monday late afternoons in my Brenthaven studio. First class is Monday the 7th from 4:00 – 6:30.
